The 788 Columbia Building was purchased by Steve and Shelley Frody after it had been an arcade, a doctor’s office, a comic book store, and who knows what else over the years.

After an incredible remodel, Steve and Shelley partnered with Chad and Judy Vanderstelt, and the building became The 788 Columbia Building: Holland’s Premier Business Hub.

Steve and Shelley still own the building today, with Chad and Judy responsible for the day-to-day operations. Together, they have helped shape 788 Columbia into a place that feels professional, welcoming, community-minded, and full of momentum.

With fantastic businesses anchoring the building, 788 Columbia continues to grow into one of Holland’s coolest business hubs and networking spots.
